At XO Le Restaurant, magic of the senses is always very present.  We will personalize a menu to suit your taste. Our sommeliers will suggest the perfect match of wine with your menu.  Here are some suggestions for your dinners.

DINNER MENU 1

Amuse- bouche
       

Gravlax salmon, Chinese cabbage, apple, currants, curry/coconut vinaigrette

 and

Marinated/roasted breast duck fillet carpaccio style, arugula salad,

thinly sliced parmesan shavings, tomato, olives and red wine vinaigrette

       

Pan-sautéed beef fillet, spicy jus with 18 years old Port

 or

Roasted sea bass, shrimps, mussels, white mushroom Dieppe style

Duck foie gras prepared our own way, mango/green pepper chutney,

levan bread

 

Just seized scallop, caviar dressing, creamy cauliflower,

Milk-fed veal fillet of Quebec, Dauphiné-style potatoes, condiment sauce, truffles, ham, nuts
